Ultra Pro Max operates proultramax.bd and sells phone covers for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S models in Bangladesh. These terms apply to your use of the storefront and the orders you place with us.
Placing an order
Choose a case, your exact phone model, and your preferred finish. Check your selection and total, then provide your full name, a reachable Bangladesh phone number, delivery address, and delivery area. You do not need an account.
Please provide accurate details and only place an order that you intend to receive. If ordering for someone else, make sure you have permission to share their delivery details. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you.
An order number confirms that we received your request. Fulfilment depends on stock, a valid delivery address, and our ability to contact you if clarification is needed. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know using the contact details you provided.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Your selected variation’s price and any available sale price are shown before checkout. The final order total includes the displayed delivery charge.
Every order is cash on delivery. We do not require advance payment. Pay the displayed order total in cash when you accept your parcel. If you return the parcel immediately at handover, no payment is required.
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If a listing contains an obvious error, we will contact you before making a change and you may cancel.
Delivery
We deliver within Bangladesh. Current delivery charges are ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Select the correct area; the charge shown at checkout forms part of your order total.
Delivery arrangements depend on your address and the courier’s service area. Any delivery estimate we provide is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Contact us if your parcel is delayed or your address needs to change.
Product details and fit
Phone covers fit the specific models listed for their variations. Check your model carefully before confirming. We work to show accurate photos, videos, descriptions, and prices; colours can appear slightly different on different screens. If the item you receive does not match your order or expectations, our return guarantee applies.
A case can help protect your phone, but it does not make it damage-proof, waterproof, or resistant to every impact. Any specific product feature is limited to what is described in that product’s listing.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
You can return a parcel immediately at delivery without payment if you do not like it. If you accept and pay for it, contact us within seven days of delivery for our full refund guarantee. For return steps, replacements, and refund arrangements, see the Refund Policy.
Use of this website
Please do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or copy shop content for unlawful use. We may refuse abusive or fraudulent requests while respecting your rights in relation to genuine orders.

We use the details you provide to manage your order and support requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information, cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Nothing here excludes your mandatory consumer rights or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a problem comes up, contact us so we can try to resolve it with you.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
